Known for her bespoke designs and stunning handcrafted sugar flowers, Chelsea combines the traditional with the modern to create edible works of art.

Lorelle Le Beau Flowers
I have always had a love for flowers and being creative. Ever since I can remember I wanted to learn how to arrange flowers, but life seemed to get in the way. Eventually after my third child, I booked myself onto a floristry course and for the next 6 weeks I learnt the basic skills I needed to feed my passion for flowers and enable the creative process. I have not looked back since. I absolutely love my job!
My favourite flowers are peonies, hellebores, ranunculus and vuvuzela roses and my favourite style is rustic romantic. However, I love flowers, which is why I am happy to create bespoke pieces to suit what you love too.
I try to use British flowers where possible. There are a few wonderful flower farms in Kent!
